The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Naeem Rabeh, followed up on the progress of the second semester exams, accompanied by several faculty members.
The Dean announced the exam instructions for students, which are as follows:
Instructions for Final Exams (Paper-Based or Electronic) Held On Campus: Students must follow the instructions below:
- Present the university ID card.
- Be present in the exam hall 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the exam.
- No student will be allowed to enter the exam hall if 20 minutes have passed since the start of the exam.
- No student is allowed to leave the exam hall before half the exam time has passed.
- Logging in to the electronic exam is not allowed after 15 minutes from the start time.
- Logging out of the electronic exam is not allowed before 30 minutes have passed since the start time.
The Following Cases Are Considered Cheating, Attempted Cheating, or Disruption of the Exam Process (Including but Not Limited To):
- Deception in verifying the student's identity or allowing another person to take the exam on their behalf.
- Intentionally exiting the designated electronic exam screen or using unauthorized screens/pages.
- Failure to maintain silence and order during the exam.
- Failure to comply with or follow the proctors' instructions.
- Engaging in verbal altercations with proctors.
- Repeatedly turning or looking in different directions during the exam.
- Making gestures, movements, or changing seats that indicate cheating.
- Using papers or books during the exam.
- Partially or fully copying exam questions or answers.
- Recording, copying, or quoting from other sources during the exam, including taking screenshots or video recordings either partially or fully.
- Opening any other internet browsers or applications.
- Using mobile phones or any other electronic devices during the exam.
- Sharing any exam questions or answers through any communication channels, such as websites, software, social media, phones, or other electronic devices, during or after the exam.
Article 125 (of the Universities Organization Law):
Any student who is caught cheating or attempting to cheat during an exam will be expelled from the examination room by the Dean or his representative. The student will be banned from taking the remaining exams and will be considered as having failed all subjects for that exam session. The student will also be referred to the disciplinary board.
