Helwan University Announces the Opening of University Housing Applications for the Academic Year 2025-2026 under the patronage of Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Kandil, President of Helwan University, and Prof. Dr. Hossam Refai, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

A series of steps for applying to University Housing at Helwan University:

Step 1: Accessing the Website:  https://modon.helwan.edu.eg

Step 2: Log in using your username and password.

Step 3: Accurately complete all required fields.

Step 4: Follow the specified application guidelines, including uploading the required documents, completing the medical examination, and undergoing the mandatory drug screening.

Application Timeline:

• Returning Students: Applications open on August 11 and close on August 20, 2025.
• Newly Admitted Students: Applications begin following the completion of each phase of the national admission coordination process.

Basic Eligibility Requirements for University Housing at Helwan University:

• The applicant must be officially enrolled and attending one of Helwan University’s faculties on a regular basis.
• The applicant must not be a resident of Greater Cairo.
• The applicant must not have been previously subject to disciplinary action or dismissed from university housing.
• The applicant must successfully complete the medical examination and drug screening.
