If You’ve Been Nominated to One of the Faculties of Helwan University, please take note and prepare the following documents:

- Original General Secondary Education Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) plus three photocopies.
- Original computerized birth certificate plus three photocopies.
- Six recent personal photographs (white background).
- Photocopy of the national ID card.
- Military Service Form 2 Gend (for male students, issued by the recruitment office).
- Electronic nomination form from the official coordination website.
- Medical examination report.
- Receipt of tuition and administrative fee payment (to be submitted at the time of admission).
