Summer Training for Students of the Faculty of Nutrition Science

Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Naeem Rabeh, Dean of the Faculty of Nutrition Science, and in cooperation with the Regional Center for Food and Feed (RCFF), the RCFF today welcomed students of the Faculty of Nutrition Science – Helwan University on the first day of the summer training program, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Naeem Rabeh. They were received by Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Sherbiny, Director of the RCFF. The first day began with theoretical training, initiated by Prof. Dr. Nasser Shaaban, Deputy Director of the RCFF, who gave a comprehensive introductory presentation on the center’s activities and services. This was followed by a series of specialized scientific lectures covering the theoretical foundations and importance of microbiological, protein, chemical, moisture, and ash analyses. These lectures were delivered by the heads of specialized laboratories at the RCFF. This training comes as part of the RCFF’s commitment to support university students and equip them with practical skills needed for the job market in the fields of nutrition and food analysis.
