The Summer Training Program for Undergraduate Students of the Faculty of Nutrition Science Has Successfully Concluded

Under the gracious auspices of the Regional Center for Food and Feed (RCFF) - Agricultural Research Center, a five-day intensive training program was successfully conducted for 50 undergraduate students.
The training covered practical and analytical methodologies across specialized laboratories, including microbiology, chemistry, ash, moisture, protein, fiber and fat.
This program was provided at no financial cost to participants.
Sincere gratitude to Professor Dr. Mohamed El-Sherbiny, Director of the Regional Center for Food and Feed, along with the esteemed laboratory supervisors.
Special appreciation is also due to the supervisory team from the Faculty of Nutrition Science: Prof. Dr. Alaa Osama, Dr. Roqaya Hossam, and Teaching Assistant Aya Abdelmegid.
