Admission Requirements for the Faculty

The Faculty of Nutrition Science accepts students who have obtained the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate – Science Section through the University Admission Coordination Office. Students holding equivalent certificates (for international or foreign applicants) are admitted in accordance with the regulations set by the competent authorities, in addition to the following conditions:
1. Passing the admission interview: Students are admitted to the faculty only after successfully completing a personal interview conducted by the faculty for all students nominated by the Coordination Office.
2. Students who wish to enroll in the Clinical Nutrition Department – English Section must be among the applicants with the highest English language scores in their General Secondary Certificate.
3. The Faculty Council has the authority to set its own criteria regarding the number of students accepted into the Community Nutrition and Food Science departments.
4. Students are assigned to academic departments starting from their admission into the faculty.
